Make sure when you say it - you say it like "holla!" Its more fun that way! So I'm slowly starting to add breads into the mix... once I realized I could make challah, I felt I could make anything! Its still a talent in progress but I'm totally comfortable with making Challah - and its a fantastic spring time bread! I've heard it also makes great french toast. Don't miss this bread - its a new favorite.
