Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes

One of my favorite flavor combinations - chocolate and peanut butter. Blending peanut butter into a delicious buttercream frosting really makes this cupcake stand out! And what kid doesn't love peanut butter?

LOST!

For the premiere of Lost back in January, I made themed Lost cupcakes for a group gathering. Using an image transferring technique, I can recreate most images onto cupcakes or cakes. Looking for Lost cupcakes for the season finale?? I'm not just limited to one show, either!

Obama-cakes!

I made these cupcakes during the Belmont debate. I passed them out on campus - made with a rich chocolate cake and a Wilton buttercream frosting. And hey - if you're a republican and want republican cupcakes - I'll do whatever! But these were just for fun.

Vanilla Buttermilk Cupcakes

These cupcakes are really nice and moist with the addition of buttermilk. I know it sounds rich and heavy, but really buttermilk is a lowfat ingredient! It adds a nice flavor and makes the cake extra moist. These had a simple buttercream frosting, but I think chocolate would also be a great frosting as well.

cupcake tiers

I can provide cupcake tiers that look nice and are sturdy while at the same time disposable, or if you have something else in mind, we can easily use that. The tiers hold roughly 2 dozen cupcakes.

Fresh Flowers

I've used edible flowers as decoration... but feel free to have your flower arranger top anything I create! I don't claim to be a florist. But I think fresh flowers add a gorgeous element to any dessert. I can certainly provide a blank canvas for any florist to add his or her own creation to.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Red Velvet wins for being the most requested cupcake I make. I top these with a cream cheese frosting and shaved dark chocolate.

Banana Cupcakes

My Banana Cupcakes are the perfect compliment for any brunch! But don't confuse it with a banana muffin! These are topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting and toasted walnuts. Or for the non nut fans, I can leave the walnuts out and top with some shaved chocolate pieces.

Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes

This is my rich chocolate cupcake, filled with a raspberry coulis and topped with cream cheese frosting. Another option, for the chocolate fans, is to top with a white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes

Another flavor I make is a moist white cake with a light lemon flavor, filled with a lemon curd and topped with a lemon buttercream icing. As a garnish, I made sugar-coated blueberries.
